An Min, general manager of Golden Dragon Overseas Sales Company, showcased the bus maker’s impressive achievements, saying it will strengthen its cooperation with overseas partners to accelerate the R&D, production and promotion of more intelligent buses with zero-carbon emission standards, and build greener industrial chains and supply chains, enabling green public transport to benefit the whole world.
Golden Dragon is the first bus maker in China to realize the commercial operation of new energy buses, and has always been a pioneer in the research and development of new energy buses.
In Europe, Golden Dragon provides integrated new energy public transportation solutions for customers in Finland, greatly upgrading the country’s public transport network. Apart from Finland, Golden Dragon’s electric buses have entered the Netherlands, France, Germany, Norway and Denmark, providing safer, greener and more comfortable transportation services for millions of people.
In Latin America, Bermuda has purchased the country's first batch of 30 units electric buses from Golden Dragon. In Mexico, 600 units Golden Dragon natural gas powered buses have been working smoothly, fully adapting to the local operating environment. Achieving high energy efficiency and delivering powerful performances, Golden Dragon natural gas powered bus is able to drive more than 400 kilometers after a gas refill, helping the country cut carbon emissions by over 28 tons each year.
Since signing the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, China has been vigorously promoting green development. By 2022, China's carbon dioxide emission intensity had dropped by more than 51% from the 2005, and the production and sales of new energy vehicles had ranked the first place in the world, with more than 18 million new energy vehicles on the road, accounting for more than half of the world's total.
