On Dec. 19, a grand ceremony was held in Liaocheng to mark the official delivery of a batch of Zhongtong H11 tourist buses to their customer in Mexico. “We are extremely pleased to see the fast growing bilateral trade between China and Mexico. With more and more Zhongtong buses & coaches arriving in Mexico, we are committed to providing greener, more intelligent and more comfortable public transportation services for local residents”, said Wang Xingfu, General Manager of Zhongtong, at the handover ceremony.
Just making its debut in less than two months, Zhongtong H11 has already won orders in both domestic and international markets. Its commercial success primarily lies in its high quality standards and unparalleled travel comforts on board. With superb NVH, passengers enjoy a quieter and more spacious traveling environment. Thanks to its light-weight body materials and highly efficient transmission system, H11 achieves impressively high energy efficiency. Moreover, customers can have choose fossil fuel, electricity or range-extended drivelines.
To meet the stringent operation requirements in Mexico, Zhongtong has been making relentless efforts to upgrade its travel coaches, city buses and BRT city buses, all of which have some customized features to suit the special needs and requirements of passengers and bus operators in Mexico.
Since making its first entry into Mexico in 2009, Zhongtong has already established a solid presence in the country. In 2017, a batch of 18-meter BRT city buses started to provide more convenient transportation services for local residents. In 2020, 143 units Zhongtong city buses were handed over to Mexico and were immediately put into service.
