Tan Xuguang: Enter South Korea, Focus on Neighboring Country Market

According to the global strategic deployment of Shandong Heavy Industry, in order to develop the "Neighboring Country Market" export business, Tan Xuguang led a team to South Korea to research the market from June 14 to 16, 2024. He visited channel agents selling Weichai generator sets and marine power equipment to further intensify product exports. Additionally, he investigated the development of big data centers in South Korea and fuel cell (SOFC) demonstration projects.

On June 14, 2024, Tan Xuguang visited HANATEC, the agent for Baudouin power generation equipment in Tangjin, South Korea, and held a discussion with Jin Rongxing, General Manager of COMMERICAL, and Zheng Jun, CEO of HANATEC.

Jin Rongxing stated that both parties have established a solid foundation for cooperation, and Weichai's power generation products have been well-received by customers in the South Korean market. In the future, they will continue to expand areas of cooperation to better serve South Korean customers.

On June 14, Tan Xuguang conducted an in-depth investigation into the product technical indicators and demonstration prospects of fuel cells (SOFC) in Tangjin, South Korea.

Tan Xuguang said, "Weichai is the founder of the fuel cell (SOFC) business in China. We will enter South Korea and work with global partners to jointly create an industrial development ecosystem for fuel cell (SOFC) technology."
