Pure electric drive, Increase the cargo box volume by 3.5m³
PDS310KWA is the latest invention for light trucks,van and 5-7m buses by Pangood.
It uses a distributed drive,the drive motor highly integrated with tirese,eliminated the transmission half shaft and a large number of parts,so it can be much lighter and more efficient.
In addition, its chassis is smoother and has more space.With the same height,when you use PDS310KWA in your van,the cargo platform height can be reduced by about 400mm and can fall between the wheel-side motors, thereby increasing the original cargo box volume by more than 20%; each vehicle can carry about 3.5m³ more cargo, greatly increasing the profit value with almost unchanged operating costs.
If you apply PDS310KWA to 5.5m-7.5m buses,it allows the short rear overhang mini bus to have a flat low floor structure,expand passenger space,improve satisfaction by passengers.
All-around champion BMT, a new legend for the bus industry
BMT (Bus Metro Transit) is a a great invention technology in the public transportation industry. Powerful power comes from a Pangood integrated electric drive axle
To make trucks more powerful and with lower energy consumption,Pangood uses reliable and high-quality axial flux motor as its drive.Its volume and weight are about 50% lower than that of radial flux motors with the same power, and has a more widely high efficiency working range.
In that case,it can be equipped with a gearbox with more gears,each gear position has two-stage transmission, which greatly improves the transmission efficiency while ensuring that the motor is in an efficient working range at almost every vehicle speed.

Internationally patented motor winding process, new technology for your new development
At this IAA show, Pangood demonstrated the internationally patented "flat copper wire continuous winding" motor stator production process to audiences and users around the world.It does not have any welding points throughout the process, which is more conducive to automated production,the motor has a higher slot fill rate, and better energy density and torque density.
At the same time, Pangood also unveiled the world's leading 15,000rpm axial flux motor product for the first time.The three-in-one electric drive assembly using Pangood’s ICD280K motor has a peak power of 560kW, a weight of only 120kg, and a smaller envelope size, making it more suitable for high-performance SUVs and pickup trucks. While comprehensively improving vehicle driving performance, it also demonstrates China's manufacturing strength and innovation capabilities to the world.
